What annoys me about the trainz fandom.

Seriously, the pettiness of this fandom gets me sometimes. Why is everything a competition?
I recently responded to Jim Kelly claiming that Si3D's "15 minutes of fame" was up, and he didn't use our content, not because of its quality or lack thereof, best I can tell its literally just because WE made it. I mean seriously, come on!
He made reference to WilNorWester and tried to compare us to him, saying he always updates his stuff and makes more interesting things therefore (i'm paraphrasing at this point) he'll only use his models regardless of subject matter or quality.
I should point out I really like WilNorWester as a person and a model

Frankly, people who are leaving comments here asking for si3d to come back should stop... It's been a year. It's not coming back. Look elsewhere for content. It's uncertain if Sean even still checks this since it revolved around his trainz projects. That all being said, while I understood the teams perspective that people shouldnt have been petty and followed their rules... Their expectations were far from realistic. There will always be trolls and idiots who break rules... As is such with the real world. My personal opinion is that if that is the real reason they stopped, then they're going to be disappointed with reality in future projects as artists. Not everyone appreciates and respects you in life, if you can't stand the heat, as this team could not clearly... Then yes...get out of the kitchen. Si3D is done all. Move on.
Hello Sean, just asking will Sodor Island 3D Ever come back?
Sorry to pester you again, good sir, but I want to, once again, apologize for the terrible thing that I had done back on the late Sodor Island 3D Forums. Namely, that one terrible thing, which I regret to say may have caused Sodor Island 3D to be shut down, was my repeatedly asking for Extended Railway Series character models for Trainz, including Sodor Castle the Great Western Engine, Brad the American Engine, and Jinty. I regret having made those requests, and I have been feeling guilty about it ever since the shutdown.
